However, actual colors may vary depending on screen display settings, and dimensions for filled soft goods may vary slightly. Specifications quoted are those supplied by manufacturers or measured to standard manufacturing tolerances.

Prices for our products are listed in US Dollars ($ USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or oversight, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Section 3 - Orders and Billing Information

Placing an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance and contract formation occur when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made, and promptly issue a full refund.

Your submission of order information and your rights regarding order fulfillment, cancellations, shipping timescales, returns, and refunds are governed directly by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Section 5 - Product Use & Safety Guidelines

Our foam-filled furniture is designed strictly for indoor use by adults and teenagers. By purchasing, you agree to follow proper handling and safety instructions:

• Keep products away from open flames, space heaters, fireplaces, candles, and direct heat sources (materials and foam are not fireproof).

• Do not allow young children or infants to climb inside the cover or play with plastic compression packaging bags.

• Do not use the product as a crib, infant bed, outdoor seat, or step stool.

• Supervise children around furniture at all times. Chufed accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from usage that ignores safety guidance.

Section 6 - One-Year Limited Warranty

Chufed provides a one-year (1-year) limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from the verified date of delivery.

• Coverage: If a seam splits, zipper fails, or fabric gives way under normal indoor residential usage, contact support@chufed.com with your order number and photographs of the defect. Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund for the item at our discretion.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal compression or settling of foam fill over time, fading from direct sunlight, stains, pet damage, improper cleaning, or damage resulting from commercial or outdoor use. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

In no case shall Chufed, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order or use of the website shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by you for the order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chufed from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
