Track your parcel on our Track Your Order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Before you check
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. If your dispatch email arrived this afternoon and the tracking page looks blank tonight, that is normal and nothing has gone wrong.
What the timings should look like
Orders are processed in 0 to 1 working days, and anything placed before 3:00 pm GMT is dispatched the same working day. Transit is then 3 to 5 working days with Royal Mail on a tracked service, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. From placing your order, expect it within roughly 3 to 6 working days in total.
If something looks wrong
If tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@chufed.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and either resend your order or refund it in full. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
