Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or republish its content without our permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
Products and pricing
We take care to describe our products accurately and to photograph them honestly. Colours may appear slightly differently on different screens, and skin-tone shades in particular can vary a little between batches.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Sizing
Each product page has its own size chart, based on waist and hip measurements (and band and cup size for bras). Measure with a soft tape against your skin, and use the chart for the specific product, as fit differs between styles. Sizing guidance is given in good faith as a guide, not a guarantee of fit — if something does not fit, our returns policy covers you.
Shapewear and health
Our shapewear is designed for comfort and everyday wear. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a circulatory or medical condition, check with your doctor before wearing compression garments, and take them off if you feel discomfort, numbness or difficulty breathing.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Timescales given are estimates in working days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Return & Refund Policy page, which reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Caring for your shapewear
Shapewear keeps its hold longest when it is washed gently: cool machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh wash bag, or hand wash, with no fabric softener and no tumble drying. Damage caused by hot washes, tumble drying or bleach is not a fault in the product. Care guidance is given on our FAQ.
Accuracy of the website
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for general information. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

This website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
