Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to copy or republish its content without our permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
Products and pricing
We take care to describe our product accurately and to photograph it honestly. Faux fur photographs lighter than it looks in a room, and colors appear differently on different screens. Dimensions are given to the nearest tenth of an inch and a filled chair will vary slightly, as any soft seat does. Specifications quoted are those supplied by the manufacturer.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. If the product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we ship the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Timescales given are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Return & Refund Policy page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Safe use of the chair
This is a foam-filled seat for indoor use by adults and teenagers. You are responsible for using it sensibly, and we would rather set that out plainly here than assume it.
Keep it away from open flames, heaters, fireplaces and lit candles — upholstery and foam are not fireproof. Do not let young children climb inside the cover or play with the compression bag it shipped in. It is not a crib, a bed, or a seat for an infant, and it should not be used as one. Do not use it outdoors or leave it in damp conditions. Do not stand on it or use it as a step.
Supervise young children around it as you would around any other piece of furniture. We do not accept responsibility for injury or damage resulting from use that ignores the guidance above.
Warranty
The chair carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of delivery. If a seam splits, a zipper fails or the fabric gives way in normal indoor use, email us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it.
The warranty does not cover normal compression of the foam over time, fading from direct sunlight, stains, pet damage, or damage from misuse or outdoor use. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Accuracy of the website
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for general information. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
