Each product has its own size chart in the description above, based on your waist and hip measurements (band and cup size for bras). Measure your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips with a soft tape against the skin, then match both to the chart for this piece.
Between sizes? Choose the larger size for everyday comfort, or the smaller for firmer shaping. Shapewear should feel snug, never painful — it should not dig in, roll down or restrict your breathing.

30-day returns and exchanges. Email us and we send a prepaid return label — no restocking fee. Try items on over your own underwear; they need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags, any hygiene liner and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, thongs, period pants, swimwear bottoms and adhesive items can only be returned sealed or with the hygiene liner intact, unless faulty. Refunds are issued within 7 days of your return reaching us.

Cool machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a mesh wash bag, or hand wash in cool water. Fasten any hooks first so they do not snag.
Do not use fabric softener — it breaks down the elastane that gives shapewear its hold — and never tumble dry, iron or bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat.
Rotating between two or three pieces gives the fabric time to recover its shape between wears.

How do I find my size?
Use the size chart for this specific piece — fit differs between styles, so your usual dress size is only a starting point. Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part) and the fullest part of your hips with a soft tape, and match both to the chart. For bras, use your underband and cup size.
If you land between two sizes, go up for everyday comfort or down for firmer shaping. Email us your measurements if you would like a second opinion.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT are dispatched the same working day, then 3 to 5 working days with Royal Mail tracked, Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us, and you can check progress any time on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we send a prepaid label to download and print — no restocking fee, whether the item arrived faulty or simply is not for you. Exchanges for a different size or colour are handled the same way.

Cool delicate wash inside a mesh bag, or hand wash. Skip the fabric softener and the tumble dryer — heat and softener are what make shapewear lose its hold. Lay flat or hang to dry.
